Well, I mean... They're both free. Unlike the six hundred something bucks for Flash CC. And you might want to switch sometime soon. Flash is dead in the water and is only being held on as a legacy program. I don't know if Adobe programs can be moved to HTML5, but it's definitely the way to go considering it's the new standard of the internet.
